When I went on training courses we sat in rows and listened to lecturers talk at us. Only occasionally did we get to do something interesting. That's probably why I wamted to do something different when I train. So we have been team building with chocolate. Mixing the understanding of the ways that teams work, with the creation of some chocolate truffles together with a marketing package to go with them.
It's such a hard day in the office these days!
